Johannes Pruchnow assumed responsibility for the business customer sector of Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG as Managing Director Business in July 2009.
Prior to this position, he worked as the CEO of Telefónica Deutschland for several years and established the DSL Wholesale Services business. Pruchnow looks back on more than ten years of experience with the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where he was most recently responsible for projects in telecommunications, media, information technology and consumer electronics in his capacity as a partner.
Pruchnow was born in Bayreuth in 1965, is married and has two children.
