»We support the voluntary commitment of our employees which they already pursue in private life to some extent, or which we need to develop by offering participation in the Proniño programme. We also offer volunteering programmes in Germany and release employees from work for up to two days a year to make it possible for them to pursue their voluntary commitment. In the future, we will continue to work on our programmes, in particular with our cooperation partners for media competence, but also with non-government organisations which have had a critical attitude towards our company so far, as we can only learn from their suggestions.«
