I am very proud that we have achieved the goal that we set ourselves last year of gaining a top ranking in this survey. In 2010, we became number one. A great deal of work and effort went into achieving this result because we have been focusing on this outcome for the past 10 years.
The most important elements are flexibility, framework conditions, work-life balance and career development.
Taking responsibility for our employees is the foundation of our corporate culture. We create a motivating and healthy working environment that encourages our employees to perform well. This is the only way we can achieve the best results for our customers.
