More service and less waiting time for the self-employed

MUNICH. Reliable connectivity is one of the most important success factors for any self-employed entrepreneur. Freelancers, self-employed persons and small businesses are therefore in the focus of Telefónica Germany's latest service push.
For example, users of the O2 Blue 100, O2 on and O2 on Upgrade tariffs will benefit from the new advantages, such as the new 24-hour hotline and the faster fault rectification. O2 Active Data Card users with the Internet pack offer can take advantage of these benefits too.

But O2 Business is now introducing a special hotline for the self-employed too and is making it available around the clock, seven days a week. The promise behind the latest service push: Serious faults will usually be repaired within eight hours. We are now also offering a 48-hour exchange service for mobile devices. This ensures that telephone and Internet services are reactivated as quickly as possible to keep businesses people in touch with their clients. New mobile phones will be delivered directly to the user's office or home. What's more, a new upgrade to the Internet Pack M Plus is now available with O2 on. Further benefits for the self-employed include free paper billing and the affordable O2 Conference service, with which users can hold conferences from any location. The O2 customer service for the self-employed can be called free-of-charge on mobile phone number 0179 4444 333. This hotline is available round the clock for fault reports and customer advice. It can also be used to initiate telephone conferences. Users simply need to call this service number and they'll receive a personal ID number (PIN) for their conference. All participants need to do is call 0179-622663 or 01805-622663 and enter their PIN; they will then be connected to the conference directly.
