Telefónica Deutschland has added to its portfolio of digital workplace solutions for business customers: The latest products from O2 Digital Workplace allow for the use of Microsoft Office 365 and online content sharing with Box for more productivity and better collaboration within companies. The new portfolio provides business customers with everything they need: Office software, a platform for content sharing, fixed line, Mobile Device Management and mobile communication.
O2 Digital Workplace comes with a comprehensive support package, offering clients tips for use, a service line and experts they can contact in person. All components are simply paid for via your O2 bill. They are easily scalable and managed and can be quickly implemented or integrated into existing IT environments. Microsoft Office 365: Anytime and anywhere
O2 Digital Workplace constantly offers the latest versions of Office 365, allowing for the use and complete installation of familiar software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint across all locations and on five different devices per user. In addition, Lync Online and Exchange Online enable meetings online and business communication via email at the highest level. Businesses profit not only from the practical applications, which will facilitate employees’ every-day work and the high access rate of 99.9 percent. With reduced, transparent and flexible running costs for IT, companies using Office 365 will also save money. Specialized IT staff is not necessary, as Office 365 is intuitive to use and a service line from O2 is available with specially trained experts. With Office 365, companies stay flexible and prepared for future challenges, as their product can be scaled. Box: Online collaboration for documents
The Box offerings from O2 Digital Workplace provide businesses with a simple online content sharing platform for storage and collective document processing. Individual contributors need no longer send documents via mail, nor combine the different versions afterwards. Instead colleagues, partners or clients can simultaneously access the latest versions of documents in real time, from anywhere and on any device. As a result, post-processing of amendments is no longer necessary and collaborators save a great deal of time. Box is intuitive to use and requires no specialist knowledge. Clear task assignments and handy features for document search or comments further improve and facilitate every-day work. Box Sync and a practical bookmark feature even allow for offline-access of documents on any device. Different security levels define precisely who may or may not access particular content or edit certain documents. Users can even delineate the time at which certain data or links will be deleted. Access statistics and detailed user reports, as well as test standards such as SSAE 16 Type II ensure that sensitive data remains protected. The offers from Box can be purchased from Telefónica in three different package sizes from 3.95 to 27.95 Euros. The packages have been compiled specifically chosen to meet the requirements of businesses in Germany. By drawing from Box’ services, businesses also secure their documents against dangers such as break-ins, fires or flooding. Box keeps everything safely stored online. As Box servers are hosted redundantly and in compliance with highest security standards, O2 business customers additionally profit by saving costs for hardware, memory or maintenance.
One package for all-encompassing service
O2 Digital Workplace provides business customers with comprehensive all-round support: As part of the product’s activation, users receive a “welcome call”, which leads them through the implementation process step by step and helps them become familiar with the several applications of Office 365 and Box. After the activation process, expert support staff is available via a support line. An online platform further allows customers to administrate their purchased licenses and assign them to individual team members as well as providing 24-hour online support.
