New Vice President Brand Management

Tim Alexander becomes Vice President Brand Management at Telefónica O2 Germany

MUNICH/Germany. Tim Alexander will be taking over the position of Vice President Brand Management at Telefónica O2 Germany on 1st April 2011. In this role Alexander will be reporting to Peter Rampling, Managing Director Marketing. The 35-year-old previously held the position of Head of Branding, Strategy & Communication.
Alexander's future tasks will involve the planning and executing of O2's retail brand strategies as well as the integration of the Alice brand and the introduction of Telefónica as the company's new name. He will be responsible for the divisions Corporate Identity and Design, ATL and BTL Communication, Media, Sponsoring, Brand Experience as well as the new music and entertainment programme O2 More.
