60 day right of return for O2 on Business

MUNICH. Telefónica O2 Germany is paying particularly close attention to its business customers. Anyone who books the O2 on Business rate on the Internet will be given a satisfaction guarantee with right of return, effective immediately. Business customers can thus convince themselves of the quality of the O2 mobile network without immediately making a 24-month commitment.
With the O2 on Business rate, business customers can make unlimited calls to all German networks and surf the Internet with their mobile phones for 29 Euros net per month. The O2 on Business Upgrade rate is available for an additional 5 Euros, which allows these benefits to be used with a laptop and provides users with a second SIM card for their USB modem. For orders placed online, O2 Business now provides a satisfaction guarantee for these two rates, so that customers can terminate the plans without specifying reasons within the first 60 days. If no termination occurs, the contract simply continues. A letter or fax to Business Customer Support suffices for termination; the contract will then be deactivated within one week of receipt. "With O2 on Business, we are offering mobile telecommunications and Internet for businesses at an affordable fixed price in one of Europe's most modern mobile networks," says Johannes Pruchnow, Managing Director of Business & Wholesale Services at O2. "The satisfaction guarantee gives our business customers the possibility to convince themselves of the performance and availability of our network." O2 has invested nearly four billion Euros in the expansion of its mobile network in the past few years. It now reaches nearly 100 percent of the population and is fully equipped with the UMTS accelerators HSDPA (up to 7.2 Mbit/s) and HSUPA (up to 2.0 Mbit/s). The latest technologies primarily support fast uploading and downloading of Internet data. In October 2009, the last network test conducted by the trade magazine Connect put O2 at the top of the list, and recommended the network as an interesting alternative for frequent business travellers.
