TÜV Saarland certifies that O2's service is good and its business customers are well satisfied

MUNICH. Telefónica Germany's service is rated highly by the self-employed, freelancers, and businessmen that run small and medium-sized enterprises. That has also been confirmed by the new "TÜV Service tested" certificate issued by TÜV Saarland. They surveyed about a thousand O2 customers from these segments and awarded the grade "good" (2.0) for customer satisfaction and quality of service.
According to the survey, what O2's business customers appreciate in particular is the diversity of services and the quality of products and service. There was also a great deal of praise expressed in the TÜV Saarland survey for the commitment and friendliness of staff and service in the shops. "O2 does well in the diversity of its services and the quality of its products," says Thomas Fischmann, Head of TÜV Saarland Certification. "Customers like buying at O2 because not only is the price and performance right, but the staff are also friendly and committed. That is shown by the results of our survey."
