Low-cost web surfing worldwide with the Internet Day Pack World from O2 Business

MUNICH. Medium and large companies can now get online worldwide at particularly low prices with O2. With the Internet Day Pack World, a daily data volume of 15 MB is offered for the net price of 20 Euros a day. They can therefore maintain full control over the cost of international surfing on their laptops or smartphones.

It's particularly easy to use: the Internet Day Pack World must only be activated once, and the fee is charged only on those days when it is actually used. As soon as the 15-megabyte limit has been reached, the transfer rate is reduced to GPRS speed and the customer is notified by SMS. From 16 megabytes onwards, users can surf at one kilobyte per second, but there is no subsequent billing for this additionally transferred data. "When it comes to data use abroad, it's not only cost that is important, as flexibility also plays a big role," says Marc Irmisch, Vice President of Small & Medium Enterprises & SoHo Business at Telefónica Germany. "With the Internet Day Pack World we are offering our business customers an ideal solution at a fair price, which combines spontaneous Internet use with complete cost control - anywhere around the world." With the Internet Day Pack EU for just 3 Euros net, O2 Business already has an attractive data package for use on a daily basis in its portfolio. It's perfect for travelling in Europe. The new Internet Day Pack World now supplements the previous offering with something for customers who travel all over the world.
