A Fresh mix:
BIONADE now uses O2 to make telephone calls and surf the Web
MUNICH. The company BIONADE GmbH is one of newest business customers to sign up with Telefónica O2 Germany. The employees of this innovative family business from the Rhön region will be interconnected via the O2 network by means of a special combination consisting of business tariffs and hardware.
O2 is equipping the manufacturer of this modern soft drink with BlackBerrys and surf sticks, ensuring the staff can make telephone calls and send data via their mobiles whilst maintaining full control over the costs. "O2 provides us with exactly what we expect from a mobile communications provider", says BIONADE Managing Director Peter Kowalsky. "We are more than satisfied with the network and the products as well as with the price and service." With the dual flat rate O2 on Business Upgrade, which is being employed at BIONADE, business customers get to make unlimited telephone calls into all German networks for just 34 Euros net per month and surf the Internet with a generous 5 GB data flat rate. These advantages are not only available to users on their mobile phones, but also on their laptops. To this end, the users receive a second SIM card for their surf stick. "With O2 on Business Upgrade, we are offering mobile telecommunications and Internet for businesses at an affordable fixed price in one of Europe's most modern mobile networks," says Johannes Pruchnow, Managing Director of Business & Wholesale Services at O2. "Particularly for small and medium-sized companies, whose employees frequently work away from the office and still have to access the Internet frequently, this provides the ideal solution." The ability to plan also plays a major role. Thanks to the fixed price of the dual flat rate, mobile phone costs are not longer a surprise for businesses. BIONADE places high demands on the provision of telecommunication services. The growing success of the beverage means that the mobility of its staff also increases. The fact that they work whilst away from the office and can contact the head office at all times is critical to the way this medium-sized company operates its business. The company opted for O2 not only on account of the attractive offer and excellent network quality, but also because of the high level of customer service it provides, says the Managing Director. According to Peter Kowalsky, a further crucial factor was that both companies share similar values and are committed to helping the environment, children and young people.
