O2 Business Flex: flexibility and cost guarantee for businesses

Telefónica O2 Germany brings fresh air in the mobile market for business customers by launching a new tariff concept. In parallel to the new private customer tariff O2 o, the company will start the new business customer tariff O2 Business Flex as of 5 May. The new tariff is marked by extraordinary flexibility and cost control: There is no monthly basic fee, no minimum sales volume and the minimum contract period is only three months. Moreover, the O2 cost airbag which ensures cost control is unique. The airbag opens up at € 50 net. For the rest of the month, no additional costs for standard calls within Germany and for fixed network calls to foreign countries will accrue from this monthly sales volume.

The new tariff is ideal for all business customers. The O2 cost airbag limits the costs for all mobile and fixed network calls within Germany and all fixed network calls to foreign countries to € 50 net a month. Excluded are special numbers, call forwarding and added-value services. As customers only pay for calls they really make every month, the tariff is suited for low-volume callers, average and power callers. Particularly large enterprises that do not know the call behaviour of their employees benefit from the opportunity of cost control based on the O2 Business Flex tariff. O2 Hardware Only Under the name O2 Hardware Only, the company now offers business customers a new concept for the financing of hardware. The acquisition of hardware is decoupled from the mobile contract. Customers pay their devices within two years by identical monthly rates which are interest free and have financial benefits by immediate assertion of purchase tax The new hardware model applies to mobile phones, surf sticks, BlackBerrys and mini notebooks. O2 Business Flex complements the existing tariffs O2 Business Pro, O2 Business-Flat-Pro and O2 Business-Flat-XL and can be combined with additional options like O2 Genion, O2 International and the O2 Data Packs. Customers who regularly make very many calls may also order the O2 Business-Flat-XL tariff. In addition to all fixed network and mobile calls within Germany, the tariff now includes a flat rate for data use for a monthly basic fee of 62 EUR net.
