O2 Online-Videothek now available to mobile customers
MUNICH. The video offering from O2 is now available to mobile customers, giving them secure access to more than 1,000 films, documentaries and TV series. All customers need is a PC or laptop with an Internet connection and a connection with at least 2 Mbit/s broadband. The service is charged to the customer's mobile phone bill.
After logging in at www.o2.de customers get direct access to the online video store. The O2 Online-Videothek features the latest blockbusters just in time with their DVD release, which can even be viewed in their original language. Once a film has been selected, customers have 24 hours to watch it. With different "Happy Movies" once a week, the video-on-demand service is available from just EUR 0.90 per view. There is no basic fee for this service and no additional options are required. Another advantage: O2 subscribers can simply pay for films as part of their mobile phone bill.
