Emails can be opened, websites accessed and a variety of web services used at just one click. That way, the mobile web is a pure pleasure for beginners, average and power users. According to requirements, users access programmes and services they know from the laptop or PC. Compared to the previous model Xda Diamond, the Xda Diamond 2 not only impresses with an even fancier design, but also provides extendable memory capacity, higher battery performance as well as a 5 megapixel camera. From next week, the mobile lifestyle phone with brilliant touch screen display will be available from O2.
Even when users sit on the bus, go shopping or watch a match at the football stadium, the O2 Xda Diamond 2 keeps them permanently up-to-date. Current news provided by Spiegel online, new entries from friends on Facebook or private and business emails: They can easily access all information at one click. The Opera Mobile 9.5 browser and the large touch screen ensure the convenient navigation through the internet. If required, the O2 Xda Diamond 2 can also be used with the supplied pen. Thanks to the integrated GPS receiver and Google Maps, the smart phone enables users to localize and navigate themselves. In addition, any number of photos can be taken and videos shot with the 5 megapixel camera. Users load them directly from the mobile phone, for example, via YouTube, on the web. The 3.2 inch display is the perfect stage for viewing videos and photos. The elegant mobile phone in dark silver includes a radio, Bluetooth, W-LAN and can be used with the future operating system Windows Mobile 6.5 after being updated. Customers who use the O2 Xda Diamond 2 and the new mobile surf flat rate Internet-Pack-M surf the internet at full HSDPA speed of up to 200 MB a month. O2 Xda Diamond 2 will be available from next week in all O2 shops, the specialist trade or on www.o2online.de. The new O2 My Handy concept enables customers to make an advance payment of 17.50 EUR in the O2 shop and pay the rest of the sum in 24 monthly installments of 17.50 EUR at zero percent interest rate.
