The new option "O2 DSL without fixed contract term" enables customers to terminate their internet connection by the month. Customers who still opt for a DSL package with a fixed contract term will benefit from attractive price reductions from that date: they will not be charged the monthly basic fee in the first two months if they conclude the contract in one of the O2 shops and if they order online the basic fee will not be charged for the first four months. But, with or without contract term: The connection costs will not be charged at all during the promotion period.
O2 DSL is breaking new ground and will ensure that customers do not need to commit themselves for a long time and remain flexible. Accordingly, the option "without fixed contract term" is available for all three O2 DSL complete packages. Contracts without fixed contract term may be terminated at a notice of four weeks to the end of the calendar month by customers. Customers who wish to conclude longer-term contracts and benefit from price advantages are still able to close DSL contracts with fixed contract terms. New customers will save the monthly basic fee of either € 25, 30 or 35 in the first two months depending on the DSL package if they conclude the contract in the shops. If they order online, the monthly basic fee will not be charged at all for four months. The promotion applies to all three O2 DSL complete packages and for example in case of an online order of O2 DSL Complete Premium corresponds to cost savings of € 140.
