New data tariff for abroad:

Smartphone Day Pack EU at O2

MUNICH. Telefónica Germany will introduce a new data pack for the EU-countries from August onward. With the Smartphone Day Pack EU, customers will only have to pay 3.50 euros per day and can surf the net at full speed up to 10MB.
The new data option is explicitly tailored to the needs of smartphone users and can be obtained for the world zones 1 and 2. Billing does not start before 50kb of data usage per day. So the customer is protected from surfing inadvertently. What's more, O2 lowers the prices for the Internet Day Pack with immediate effect and increases the data volume at the same time. A volume of 100MB is available for ten euros instead of 15 euros per day.
