In the O₂ Tower in Munich, the IEA presents innovations that have the potential to delight customers and partners today and in the future.

The latest cutting-edge technologies are developed and presented in the Innovation Experience Area. Among other things, the latest applications for augmented and virtual reality, holography and artificial intelligence will be shown, which are taken to a new level by Telefónica Germany's 5G network. Based on the latest mobile communications technologies, digital twins, for example, can be mapped and used for different areas. The Innovation Experience Area acts as an incubator for innovation among decision-makers and partners and inspire what technology can achieve in various industries.

In five zones, the latest innovations that are able to inspire customers and partners are presented in a tangible way. It offers an environment for presenting innovations and driving innovation together. The focus is on the tangibility of the latest technology!

TU München

When working on the latest technologies and innovations, we work closely with the latest research and rely on strong partners such as the Technical University of Munich. Together with TUM, we work on projects such as TUM's 5G campus network, which they use, for example. for their research on autonomous transport vehicles.

Haltian

Another exciting partner is Haltian. The global engineering service provider has created an IoT sensor ecosystem that enables simplified and rapid networking to create smart buildings. Thanks to our successful partnership, this technology can also be experienced live in the Innovation Experience Area.

Matsuko

In a strategic alliance, together with other telecommunications providers, we offer holographic presence according to the latest technological standards in collaboration with Matsuko. The result of the collaboration is an easy-to-use platform for immersive 3D experiences that merge virtual and physical reality.
