More power and features with ChatGPT Plus
With ChatGPT Plus, O2 customers have access to the latest GPT-5 model, which provides more accurate and context-sensitive responses than the free standard model. Users benefit from faster response times even during peak usage, as well as advanced features such as web search, file analysis and image processing. This makes ChatGPT Plus particularly suitable for anyone who regularly performs complex tasks or relies on stable performance.
“Germany has become our largest market in Europe, with our ChatGPT user base growing fivefold over the past year. Through our collaboration with O2 Telefónica, even more people will be able to access our most advanced AI in ChatGPT and unlock the benefits of this transformative technology", Jeremy Fine, Head of Consumer Partnerships at OpenAI.
Gradual expansion planned
As part of the “O2 Priority” benefits program, O2 customers receive free access to ChatGPT Plus. The program regularly features changing offers such as event tickets, discounts and prize draws. O2 Telefónica and OpenAI are planning on expanding their offering in the coming months. The offer will be expanded to additional customer groups, with the goal of enabling as many people as possible to benefit from modern AI technology.
