According to connect, the O2 network has the largest share of real 5G - in contrast to the expansion with Dynamic Spectrum Sharing technology, which combines 4G and 5G. This has a particularly positive effect in large cities, where the 5G share in the O2 network is around 90 percent. In addition, the O2 network achieves a population coverage of around 100% with 4G/LTE so that customers can make mobile calls and use their digital applications at any time. In user-based measurements, the O2 network achieves the best values in mobile broadband coverage. This means that most people were covered by 4G/LTE or 5G.
Investing in an even better network
