-More than 43 million mobile connections - no other mobile operator in Germany connects more people
-Over 80 percent own customers - more direct business relationships than any other provider in this country
-1.5 million new contract customers in 2019 - more than any other operator
-Network transports one billion gigabytes of mobile data in 2019 - more than any of our competitors

Finances in business year 2019

-Continuously growing sales: +1.1% to 7,399 million euros
-Increase in sales revenues by almost 2%
-Steady increase in OIBDA: On a comparable basis, up 1% year-on-year
-Attractive dividend yield with a dividend of €0.17 per share for 2019
-Low debt ratio of 1.7 times the OIBDA allows extensive financial flexibility

-Never before have people made more calls on our mobile network: 107.0 billion minutes (+10% year-on-year)

Massive LTE expansion

-Massive LTE expansion- stronger than ever before in Europe
--Fast mobile Internet 2019 for several million people additionally provided outside the conurbations,
--2019: With over 8,000 additional LTE transmitters, Telefónica Deutschland has brought more 4G stations online than any competitor
--Thousands of additional LTE network elements to be commissioned again in 2020, adding LTE connection for approx. 5 million inhabitants already in first half of 2020

5G

-Building a sustainable infrastructure with 5G network, which lays the foundation for the digital future of our society and economy. Network launch in 5 major cities in the 4th quarter of 2020
-World's first 5G mobile phone network for vehicle assembly with the 'Factory 56' together with Daimler for the smart car production of the future
